Independent Management Services seeks a maintenance-focused team member to help keep our multifamily communities well-kept and safe. You will perform daily grounds inspections, assist with cleaning and reconditioning vacant units, and support maintenance staff on small tasks.

Snow removal and year-round outdoor work are required, with reports to the Site Manager. We offer competitive pay and benefits, including health/dental insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with cleaning practices for residential properties preferred.

Responsabilités

• Daily inspections of common areas, grounds, and property.
• Assist in keeping the property well-groomed and free of litter.
• Support in reconditioning vacant units, including cleaning and debris removal.
• Snow removal and salting of sidewalks and driveways.
• Light maintenance tasks and assisting maintenance staff as needed.
• Report to Site Manager or Maintenance Supervisor.
