In addition to hourly pay, Grounds Maintenance is eligible for monthly commissions!

Responsibilities:
Perform light maintenance duties to maintain and enhance the community's value. Assist with repairs and preparing vacant apartments for market readiness, including painting, cleaning, and trash removal. Work with maintenance staff to meet quality standards.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school or military training a plus. 1-2 years of hands-on maintenance experience preferred. Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and use of common and power tools required. Valid driver’s license and good driving record necessary. May need certification for pool chemicals.
Work involves inside and outside tasks in all weather, including medium to heavy physical effort, lifting up to 100 lbs., and working at heights with ladders. Good hand-eye coordination, color perception, and ability to work with heavy equipment are essential.
As a GWR Management team member, professional appearance is expected, including wearing uniforms if required, as per the Employee Handbook guidelines.
