About the Role:

• Maintain estate reticulation, gardens, parklands and commonareas in accordance with prescribed maintenance programmes andad-hoc requests.
• Undertake landscape and grounds renovation works asrequired.
• Operate a range of tools, plant and equipment including,mowers, edgers, whipper snippers, chainsaws etc,.
• Maintain pools and surrounds with regards to cleanlinessand chemical requirements.
• Liaise with external contractors to repair or replaceequipment that requires the skill of qualifiedtradesperson.
• Maintain a safe environment for staff, residents andvisitors.
• Promptly attend to or report items/issues requiringattention and respond to general emergencies as required.

About you:

• Experience in a grounds and maintenance role at RetirementLiving is desirable.
• Skilled in operating and servicing a wide variety ofmachinery and equipment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and within a small teamenvironment.
• MR license is desirable.
