Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least four years related landscaping experience.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining lawn care equipment.
• Knowledgeable in fertilizers and nutrients.

Responsibilities

• Plant, prune, cultivate, and irrigate trees, shrubs, hedges, and lawns.
• Replace and plant flowers, grasses, shrubs, trees, and bushes as necessary to maintain vibrant landscapes.
• Operate and supervise grounds-keeping equipment safely.
• Inspect and repair irrigation systems; train staff to address issues.
• Perform routine maintenance on grounds equipment.
• Clear walkways and parking areas of debris.
• Apply fertilizers and manage pest control.
• Address client concerns about grounds conditions.
• Collaborate with management on maintenance goals and schedules.
• Support hurricane and storm preparation for clinic facilities.
• Travel to various center locations as required.
