Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Property Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the facilities are well-maintained, operational, and meet safety and compliance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, and general repairs.
• Schedule and supervise maintenance staff, external contractors, and vendors.
• Conduct routine inspections of properties and develop preventative maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track expenses, and purchase necessary supplies and equipment.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, warranties, and service histories.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and resolve issues efficiently.
