Black Butte Ranch is seeking a Grounds Maintenance team member to help maintain outdoor spaces and facilities at our Central Oregon destination. The role is seasonal, full-time, with a 4x10 schedule and 40 hours per week. Pay starts at $20.00/hour and is based on experience.

Ideal candidates are reliable, enjoy working outdoors, and can interact well with homeowners and guests. A valid driver’s license and ability to operate machinery are required; background checks may be conducted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license (any state) with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and equipment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lawn mowing, weeding, blowing, fertilizing.
• Operate equipment and power tools.
• Drive company vehicles.
• Support the team wherever needed.
• Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

We are hiring Grounds Maintenance team member year round. Our ideal candidate values teamwork, has strong attention to detail, enjoys working outdoors, and can interact well with homeowners and guests.

Grounds Maintenance is responsible for maintaining the Ranch’s facilities and outdoor spaces. Typical duties include lawn mowing, weeding, blowing, fertilizing, operating equipment and power tools, driving company vehicles, and supporting the team wherever needed. This role requires working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.

Schedule & Pay

• Seasonal, full-time position
• 40 hours per week, 4x10 schedule
• Pay from $20.00/hour, based on experience
