We are hiringGrounds Maintenancepeoplefor our busy summer season. This job starts in April/May and ends in September/October. Our ideal applicantbelieves in teamwork, has good attention to detail,can interact well with homeowners and guests,andcan safelyoperatemachinery, equipment, and power tools.

Grounds Maintenanceis responsible formaintainingthe facilities and grounds. Duties includecommon arealawn mowing, weeding, blowing, and fertilizing, driving company vehicles, andassistingthe department wherever needed.You must be able to work outdoors in any weather conditions.

Pay is from $20.00/hr., based on skills and experience. This is a seasonal, full-time position working 40 hrs/wk, with a 4x10 schedule. Must be at least 18 years old, have a valid drivers’ license (any state) and clean driving record, and be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits but do receive some greatperks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
