Brookestone Village is seeking a Maintenance/Grounds Assistant to help keep our community pristine and world-class. The role involves lawn care, snow removal, weed and mulch maintenance, and some interior maintenance during winter. Candidates should be reliable, with a strong work ethic and positive image. On-call rotation is included.

Qualifications

• Experience with outside landscaping including mowing, snow removal, rock beds, maintaining weeds and mulch.
• Knowledge of general inside maintenance during winter months.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawn and landscaping to keep the community pristine.
• Perform general interior/exterior maintenance as needed, especially in winter months.
• Be available for on-call phone rotation and respond to maintenance needs.

Position includes on call phone rotation.

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
