Brookestone View in Nebraska is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help keep our community safe, comfortable, and welcoming for residents. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs across the property, support building systems, and complete work orders promptly to maintain high-quality surroundings.

This role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physical tasks including walking, pushing, pulling, carrying, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license required.
