Job Responsibilities

• Perform grounds maintenance around buildings, lagoons, ponds, and other areas, including mowing, fencing, and inspecting structures.
• Maintain equipment such as tractors, lawn mowers, and livestock trucks.
• Manage waste and debris removal, including pallets and cardboard.
• Monitor lagoon and stormwater systems, including sampling and inspections.
• Inspect and maintain fuel tanks, flagpoles, drains, and other facilities.
• Assist with lagoon flow control during heavy rainfall following specific procedures.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and solve problems in standard situations.
• High school diploma or GED, or related experience/training.
