Qualifications

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping and construction equipment.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain turf areas using commercial landscaping equipment.
• Perform weed control, litter removal, debris cleanup, and seasonal property maintenance.
• Maintain flower beds, planting areas, decorative landscaping, and mulch installations.
• Operate string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, and other grounds maintenance equipment.
• Monitor irrigation systems and report deficiencies or repairs needed.
