Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping tools, equipment, materials and safe operating practices.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate groundskeeping equipment.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions and safety procedures.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work including lifting.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Successful completion of required background check and fingerprinting.
