Job summary

Yulista is seeking a facilities maintenance worker to provide general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings, applying skills in painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

This role requires a valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and willingness to work in adverse weather and on-call shifts. The incumbent will perform duties as assigned, maintaining safety standards and supporting site operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must be able to successfully complete a drug/alcohol test and a criminal record check.
• Must have a safe driving record, as defined by Company policy, to operate a company vehicle.
• Must have practical knowledge of worksite safety, occupational hazards and standard safety practices.
• Must be able to perform duties under adverse weather conditions (extreme cold / heat, etc.).
• Must be able to perform On-call duties when scheduled and report to work within specified time frame.

PRIMARY FUNCTION

The primary purpose of this position is to provide facilities maintenance support through the performance of general maintenance and repair of equipment and buildings practical skill and knowledge (but not proficiency) in such trades as painting, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, and electrical work.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Repairing or replacing sinks, water coolers, and toilets painting structures and equipment.
• Repairing or replacing concrete floors, steps, and sidewalks.
• Replacing damaged paneling and floor tiles
• Hanging doors and installing door locks.
• Replacing broken windowpanes.
• Performing general maintenance on equipment and machinery.
• Other related duties as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license.
