We are looking for a Porter/Groundskeeper/Junior Maintenance Technician in Palm Springs, CA.

We are looking for someone with excellent cleaning skills and some handyman skills.

• Must have a cheerful, polite, and courteous disposition
• Able to take direction
• Neat appearance
• Reliable and hardworking

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Daily cleaning and removing trash from all common areas, management offices, parks, vacant home sites, restrooms, and clubhouse
• Sweeping, mopping, washing windows, and vacuuming
• Touching up painting
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas
• Light maintenance work
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Keep supplies and equipment in a neat, clean, organized manner in a designated area
• Maintain all maintenance equipment in good working condition

Must pass a drug screening and employment background check.
