• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Monitor grounds for safety issues, damage, or maintenance needs and report promptly.

• Perform minor exterior repairs as needed (fencing, signage, outdoor fixtures).
• Collaborate with maintenance and property management teams to ensure high-quality site presentation.

This role supports the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of landscaped areas, common spaces, and exterior facilities. Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
