Position Summary

Prepares site for daily work, performs housekeeping, and completes all duties necessary for daily activities.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate power lawn equipment, including weed eaters, chainsaws, lawnmowers, edgers, and blowers.
• Operate manual tools such as shovels, rakes, brooms, and pruning shears.

Qualifications

• Entry level position.
• Experience in industrial construction/maintenance preferred.
• Familiarity with tools and safe work practices.
• Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
• Mechanical knowledge to repair light equipment.

Physical Requirements

Candidates must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, and other repetitive motions, with or without reasonable accommodation.
