Qualifications
- Licensure as Commercial Not-For-Hire Applicator (IDA) within 1 year
- Driver's License - Illinois Secretary of State
- 2 years of work experience in lieu of degree
- Associate's degrees noted above are acceptable educational paths
Responsibilities
- Assist with all aspects of landscape maintenance and construction
- Address turf and plant disease management using appropriate controls
- Operate, maintain, and repair grounds equipment and irrigation systems
- Perform snow removal and seasonal landscape tasks
- Prune deciduous and evergreen plant material with proper timing and technique
- Support monitoring of rental properties and perform basic preventive maintenance
