Job summary

Oakwood Management Company in Hilliard, OH is seeking a dedicated Grounds Person to maintain outdoor spaces, from manicured lawns to flower beds. Responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the landscaping of our grounds, including mowing, trimming, planting, and mulching
• Perform seasonal tasks such as leaf removal, snow clearing, and de-icing walkways
• Inspect and maintain outdoor facilities, including playgrounds, walkways, and parking areas
• Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment like mowers, trimmers, and snow blowers
• Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of outdoor structures and amenities
• Ensure the grounds are safe, clean, and inviting for employees and visitors
• Collaborate with the maintenance team on special projects and events
