COASTAL COMPANIES, LLC is seeking a dependable Working Grounds Foreman to lead a crew of 6 in maintaining a high-traffic industrial site in North Kingstown, RI. You will supervise, perform DOT truck checks, and handle light paperwork, with winter snow removal duties as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or foreman role preferred.

• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily litter and debris pickup across the industrial site.
• Conduct and oversee daily DOT truck checks for equipment and vehicles.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of grounds, walkways, and equipment.
• Complete and submit light daily paperwork and crew checklists.
• Maintain a high standard of safety, productivity, and professionalism.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Working Grounds Foreman to lead a crew of 6 in maintaining the cleanliness of a high-traffic industrial site.
