Job summary

Ultipro in Florence, KY is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep facilities clean, painted, and safe. You will perform routine inspections, assist with landscaping, and set up equipment for events, working with a small team to meet daily needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with general maintenance tasks such as painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Help maintain the landscaping by mowing, trimming, and watering plants.
• Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down equipment for events and activities.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors.
• Court maintenance including blowing off debris from tennis courts.
• Picking up trash around the grounds.
• Identify and report to supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Performs other duties as required, basic knowledge of power tool use. Regular and reliable attendance

Role Type:
Seasonal (Position will last 6 months or less)

Requirements

Previousexperience in maintenance or landscaping is preferred
