Fluor Corporation in Warrenton, Oregon is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. You will maintain grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly manner and operate a range of maintenance equipment to support site operations.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance, and reliable teamwork. Strong attention to detail and effective communication are essential for on-time, professional service.

Responsabilités

• Maintains grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly manner.
• Safely operates and maintains grounds maintenance equipment such as lawn mowers, edger, sweeper, string trimmer, rototiller, chainsaw, and other tools.
• Safely load and transport equipment and materials to/from multiple locations.
• Perform snow removal operations and on-call duties as required 24/7.
• Installs or replaces turf, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping elements as directed.
• Maintains service records and tool/equipment logs.
• Other duties as assigned.
