Job summary

Seneca Foods Corporation in Cumberland, WI is seeking a Grounds Maintenance team member to join our operations. Responsibilities include mowing with riding and push mowers, parking lot cleanup, operating a company vehicle, and assisting with plant and employee housing cleaning.

Qualifications

• Must have good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently.

• High school diploma.
• Required to lift 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Mow lawn using a riding lawnmower and push mower.
• Pick up garbage in the parking lot, empty all trash barrels.
• Operate company vehicle.
• Facility Security.
• Help with cleaning in the plant and/or employee housing.
• Able to handle and read labels on cleaning chemical containers.
• Ensure that GMP’s (General manufacturing Practices), safety rules and regulations are being followed.
• Other duties as assigned
