Job summary

Seneca Foods Corporation in Mayville, Wisconsin is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance/Process Technician to maintain building systems, support production, and ensure smooth product flow during peak pack seasons.

You will perform routine maintenance, sanitation, and coordinate with contractors while following GMPs, safety rules, and company policies; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Direct maintenance of facility structures and operational support functions as required.
• Maintain compliance in auditable areas including food safety audits, GMP audits, plant inspections, LOTO audits, and sanitation audits.
• Communicate with outside contractors and vendors for necessary supplies including sanitation chemicals, janitorial and facility maintenance.
• Conduct routine and periodic physical inspections and maintain accurate records of master sanitation tasks.
• Participate and/or lead meetings which may include safety, training and problem solving and development.
• Lead, motivate, and develop facility maintenance and sanitation staff to achieve results.
• Maintain efficiency, accuracy and quality of production while performing duties.
• Follow GMPs, company policies, safety rules, and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned.
