Job summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain bathrooms, breakrooms, and production areas by performing diverse maintenance tasks. This full-time role offers a competitive pay and a full benefits package.

Responsibilities include general grounds maintenance, landscaping, and minor repairs on groundskeeping equipment, with no prior experience required and a high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; High School diploma preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine grounds maintenance such as mowing, trimming, edging, and fertilizing lawns.
• Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping elements.
• Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from lawns, walkways, parking areas, and other exterior spaces.
• Maintain the cleanliness of sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots through sweeping, blowing, and other methods.
• Assist with snow removal and ice control, including shoveling, plowing (if applicable), and applying de-icing agents.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on groundskeeping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
