Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping and maintenance tasks in parks, buildings, and landscaped areas.
• Operate/maintain service trucks and common maintenance tools; assist with repairs and cleaning.
• Inspect equipment before use; report faulty tools; maintain inventory of supplies.
• Respond to information requests from officials, employees, the public or others; transport equipment and parts.
• Communicate via telephone or radio; document tasks and follow up on service requests.
• Demonstrate continuous quality improvement in day-to-day activities; maintain attendance and good working relationships.
