Job summary

Coastal Ridge Real Estate in Blacklick, OH is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain our community’s appearance and safety. This full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Property Manager.

You’ll care for lawns, plantings, common areas, assist with pool maintenance and unit turnovers, and communicate with residents. A HS diploma and ability to lift 50 lbs are required; living within 30 miles helps with on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from ladders.
• Reliable transportation for on-call duties within 30 miles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain interior and exterior areas, buildings, and grounds to keep them clean, safe, and presentable.
• Care for plants, water, and seasonal landscaping.
• Assist with pool cleaning and safety compliance.
• Support turnover tasks with vendors and manage work orders.
• Deliver mail and newsletters to residents as needed.
