Job summary

Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana in Bossier City is seeking a Utilities Attendant for the morning/day shift to maintain the exterior grounds and parking areas. You will help keep the grounds neat, perform basic lawn care, and handle routine maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment.

You will operate maintenance tools and equipment, manage trash removal, and assist with housekeeping as needed. A valid driver’s license and ability to work in an alcohol/drug environment are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of safety standards and equipment handling.
• Experience with grounds keeping is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Order supplies for plants and maintenance equipment.
• Cut, weed, edge grass; rake leaves; sweep lots and garages.
• Plant, remove, relocate plants and shrubs as needed.
• Remove trash from parking areas; empty containers.
• Operate and maintain maintenance machinery and tools.
• Keep signs and fences secure and straight.
• Ensure grounds and garage safety and security for guests and staff.
• Assist with interior housekeeping and maintenance when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
