Job summary

Monster Tree Service of East Bay is hiring a Grounds Crew member to join a franchise team dedicated to safe, efficient tree care operations. The role involves outdoor work, equipment operation, and maintaining a clean, organized site, with emphasis on safety and PPE usage.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs; prior trimming, limbing, chipper, and saw experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Driver's license required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Prior experience with trimming, limbing, chipper, and saw operation preferred.
• Commitment to safety and PPE use.

Responsibilities

• Unload, lay out, and store materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
• Operate and maintain chippers, chainsaws, and other equipment safely.
• Service trucks and equipment; report repairs as needed.
• Attend weekly safety meetings and daily job briefings.
