Job summary

6AM City, LLC is hiring Seasonal Grounds Crew Members at Racine Country Club through November to maintain a premier golf course.

You will perform mowing, edging, trimming, and operate a range of groundskeeping tools while supporting irrigation and tournament setups. This seasonal role suits motivated individuals who enjoy outdoor work and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work early mornings 5:00 AM start Monday- Friday and Saturday OR Sunday 5a-8a.
• Enjoy physical work and being outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Have a strong work ethic, are reliable, and show up on time.
• Can lift heavy objects and operate maintenance equipment.
• Work well with others and bring a positive attitude every day.
• Have landscaping or groundskeeping experience (a plus, but not required).
• Have a basic understanding of golf course operations (also a plus).

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, and trim fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes.
• Operate and maintain mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
• Rake bunkers, repair divots, and aerate greens.
• Assist irrigation maintenance and landscaping projects.
• Help with tournament setups and course enhancements.
• Keep the course clean and presentable for members and guests.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe, productive work environment.

What You'll Do

As a Seasonal Grounds Crew Member, you’ll be a key part of keeping our course in top shape. Your responsibilities will include:

• Mowing, edging, and trimming fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes.
• Operating and maintaining a variety of groundskeeping equipment (mowers, trimmers, utility vehicles).
• Raking bunkers, repairing divots, and aerating greens.
• Helping with irrigation maintenance and special landscaping projects.
• Assisting in tournament setups and course enhancements.
• Keeping the course clean and presentable for members and guests.
• Following all safety procedures to ensure a safe, productive work environment.

Who We’re Looking For
