Monster Tree Service, located in Lee's Summit, is seeking a Grounds Crew member to join their team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain tree care equipment, participate in safety meetings, and ensure the work area is safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Must have experience with chippers, chainsaws, and other tree care equipment.
• Clean driving record required.
• Must be able to safely work outside in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lower limbs and equipment safely using hand lines.
• Unload and prepare materials at the worksite.
• Maintain trucks and equipment clean and orderly.
• Safeguard the work area from hazards.
• Participate in safety meetings and enforce safety practices.

Skills

Operate and maintain chippers and chainsaws

Prior experience with trimming and limbing

Valid Driver’s License

Ability to carry 50 lbs
