The Professional Group is seeking an Assistant for our grounds care crews in Michigan, focusing on delivering high-quality grounds services while maintaining productivity and profitability. Compensation starts at $18–$20 per hour with a $100 signing bonus for three months and a 0.50/hour raise after 90 days based on performance.

• Must be at least 18 years old and have transportation to work.
• Ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
