Job summary

Clean Team Facility Services is seeking a responsible landscape maintenance tech to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. You will perform property maintenance duties including applying fertilizers, maintaining landscape design, weed control, and minor repairs.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of operating lawn care equipment. You will care for trees, shrubs, and lawn areas, ensure safety, and coordinate with designers as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience.
• Ability to operate lawn maintenance equipment such as mowers, leaf blowers and hedge trimmers.
• Strong knowledge of basic lawn care and plant maintenance.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Good stamina and physical health.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Remove weeds and unwanted growth throughout properties leaving a clean and manicured appearance.
• Polic e property for trash and foreign debris.
• Clear all walkways, sidewalks and entry ways of rocks, dirt and trash.
• Power blow designated areas to leave a clean appearance.
• Inspect all watering sprinkler systems ensure that they are in good and operable order.
• Apply fertilizer to help enhance growth of trees and shrubs.
• Trim overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
• Uphold the landscaping design and ensure plant growth.
• Observe all areas, ensuring there is no safety hazards present. Report any that need to be addressed to your manager.
• Coordinate with garden designers and landscape architects to ensure the garden meets the client\'s expectations when needed.
