Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC currently seeks a Groundperson to support vegetation and utility line clearance work. You will gather brush and feed it into a woodchipper, while monitoring work areas for hazards and ensuring tools and trucks are kept in proper condition.

The role requires operating a chainsaw, assisting with site safety, and performing basic vehicle maintenance. Candidates must be 18+ and able to pass pre-employment screening; a driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.
• Previous related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Service vehicles and equipment, keeping them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
