Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain attention for extended periods in hazardous environments.
• Weather-permitting, minimum 40-hour work week.
• Able to wear PPE and perform repeated vehicle entries/exits.
• Must pass background and pre-employment drug screen.
• Must have valid driver's license and transportation to startup location.

Responsibilities

• Clear work area around structures and assist in installation tasks.
• Excavate to support structure or cable installation per contract.
• Communicate work with public property owners and communicate plans.
• Assemble materials on the ground for installation by others.
• May flag traffic and operate various hand tools.
• Work near hazardous equipment and energized parts.
• Work nights, weekends, or holidays as needed for emergencies.
