Job summary

Asplundh is seeking a Groundperson to join our outdoor line clearance team in Centennial, CO. We hire both entry-level and skilled workers, with on-the-job training provided to build a career in the utility vegetation management field.

Work includes trimming, topping, and reshaping trees to clear powerlines. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits; full-time, non-exempt roles are available.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• On-the-job training provided.
• Pre-employment drug screen, background and/or MVR check may apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs, and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into a woodchipper.
• Service vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean condition.
