Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Groundperson to support vegetation management and ensure a safe work area. You will operate a chainsaw, feed material into a wood chipper, and help maintain equipment in good order on job sites.

This entry-level role requires willingness to join the local union, while a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous related experience is a plus, and some positions may require driving duties.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
