Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC seeks a Groundperson to support vegetation management operations in the field. This full-time, non-exempt role requires a valid CDL and union membership willingness, with pay ranging from $20.53 to $25.95 per hour based on experience.

Responsibilities include operating a chainsaw, feeding brush into wood chipper, servicing vehicles and equipment, and maintaining safe work practices in all weather conditions at multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years-of-age or older.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Valid CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into wood chipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
