Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Groundperson to assist in clearing brush and debris and feeding a woodchipper, while watching for trip hazards and keeping others out of the work path. You will help maintain equipment and materials and support storm-response assignments as needed.

The role requires 18+ years old, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel for storm work. Entry-level position with potential for growth and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Entry-level position, no experience required.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must be able to travel for storm work.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into woodchipper.
• Services vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
