Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking a Groundperson to support storm response and site clearing. You will load brush into a woodchipper and help maintain equipment, while staying vigilant for hazards and helping keep the work area safe.

Requirements include being 18+, ability to travel for storm work, and a high school diploma or equivalent. This is an entry-level role with potential for growth in a large utility services company.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to travel for storm work.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate chainsaw to cut brush, logs and stumps of larger trees.
• Drag, gather, and feed brush into woodchipper.
• Service vehicles and equipment, maintaining them in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
