Job summary

INSPYR Solutions is seeking a Project Director/Project Manager to lead ground-up delivery of Midwest data center campuses in the St. Louis area.

You will manage GC teams, MEP trades, utilities, and design partners from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery to hyperscale standards. You will own the master schedule, budget, safety and quality, coordinating with stakeholders and driving critical-path planning and recovery plans to mitigate risks

Qualifications

• 10+ years in construction project management, with data center experience.
• Ground-up delivery experience on 50 MW+ data center projects.
• Experience managing large project budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up delivery of data center campuses from preconstruction to turnover.
• Manage master schedule, budget, safety, and quality across all partners.
• Coordinate with utilities, vendors, and design teams to meet milestones.
