Ajax Building Company, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a hands-on Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations, manage craft and subcontractor teams, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to high client standards. Travel to various project sites is required and the Superintendent reports to the General Superintendent.

'8-10+ years of supervisory construction experience' and strong experience on ground-up correctional/detention facilities are highly valued.

Formación

• 8–10+ years of supervisory experience in construction.
• Lead Superintendent experience on ground-up correctional facilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
• Active/Occupied Public Safety project experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise field operations to meet design, budget and schedule.
• Interface with client representatives and other contractors.
• Interpret drawings and advise on construction methods.
• Ensure safety program compliance and enforce rules.
• Coordinate on-site functions and resource use.
• Oversee productivity and field engineering tasks.
