Job summary

Cirks Construction Inc. (CCI), dba KDC Construction, seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up projects from planning to completion. You will supervise site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence on Orange County jobs.

The role requires strong leadership, familiarity with multiple trades, and the ability to read plans and manage site operations. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to active sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of commercial construction practices and safety regulations.
• Experience supervising on-site labor and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and civil/site drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction coordination with the Project Manager and subcontractors.
• Manage on-site labor, timesheets, and daily site sign-ins.
• Maintain project schedule and ensure timely completion.
• Oversee quality control and safety compliance on site.
• Communicate with client representatives and local authorities.
• Prepare site close-out packages and RFIs as required.
