TekCom Resources, Inc. is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a minimum 12-month contract on ground-up commercial projects in Maryland and Virginia.

You will run the site daily with full ownership of schedule, safety and quality, reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating with subcontractors. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of site supervision experience, strong reading of plans, and proven ability to manage safety and quality.

• Strong written and oral communication, with attention to detail.
• Experience supervising construction crews and coordinating with subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate site construction activities including supervision of personnel, materials and equipment.
• Ensure work follows plans, stays on schedule and within budget, and maintains safety.
• Lead jobsite safety meetings and maintain safety logs.
• Prepare daily reports and field documentation.
• Create and manage project punch lists with subcontractors and customers.
