Qualifications

• Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related bachelor’s degree, OR equivalent years of related experience.
• At least three years of experience in Core/shell and Interior.
• Requires working knowledge of various construction disciplines and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Superintendent with scheduling and daily operations.
• Ensure safety program implementation and maintenance.
• Communicate material delivery dates to project team.
