Job summary

Moore Security Solutions, LLC is hiring a reliable Spotter / Ground Technician to support field crews on commercial security and low-voltage projects in the Houston area. You will assist lead technicians, manage materials, and act as a dedicated safety spotter during lifts and equipment operation.

This role offers on-the-job training, opportunities to advance into technician roles, and consistent work across commercial projects with a safety-focused team.

Qualifications

• Safety is essential on active job sites and at heights.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team.
• Will or eagerness to learn in the low-voltage/security field.
• Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on construction sites.
• Comfortable outdoors in varied conditions and environments.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a safety spotter for lifts, ladders, and overhead work to ensure a safe environment.
• Assist technicians with installation of access control, CCTV, alarms, and cabling.
• Handle and organize tools, materials, and equipment on job sites.
• Run cable, label wires, and assist with basic installation tasks as directed.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas throughout the project.
• Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Communicate clearly with team members to support efficient workflow.
• Assist with loading/unloading materials and preparing job sites for daily work.
