Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering is seeking a Network Administrator (Ground System Specialist) to maintain and optimize the OCX network infrastructure for secure, reliable, high-performance connectivity.

The role requires 2+ years of relevant experience, 3-5 years in GPS/DoD operations, and strong troubleshooting and documentation skills. Travel may be required; contract through 2026 with potential follow-on work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in network/support roles.
• 3-5 years of GPS/DoD satellite operations experience preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network performance issues efficiently.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OCX ground system network performance and availability.
• Troubleshoot communications-related malfunctions and reconfigure ground systems equipment as needed.
• Coordinate status of GPS ground systems and external interfaces.
• Support system upgrades and problem resolution to maintain mission operations.
