Cimarron Software Services, Inc. seeks a Mid-Level Ground Systems Engineer to contribute to first-of-kind space vehicles and ground systems. You will work with system architects, ConOps developers, fault and autonomy designers, and multiple engineering disciplines on aggressive timelines; 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA / Seal Beach, CA / Los Angeles, CA.

Applicants must hold a TS clearance, have a Bachelor's in engineering, and 5+ years of related experience. The role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required for consideration.
• Active Top Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's in engineering from an accredited school; advanced degrees count for extra experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, develop and verify basic lifecycle balanced system of systems and system solutions.
• Define system performance requirements and ensure interface compatibility across domains.
• Perform analyses to optimize system architecture and assess factors like safety, reliability, and security.
• Support requirements management, risk, issues, and technology readiness processes.
