Job summary

Alliance Ground International is seeking a Ramp Supervisor to lead flight operations and ground handling activities. You will supervise shift teams, mentor staff, and ensure safe, efficient movement of aircraft, baggage, cargo, and supplies.

The role requires the ability to lift heavy items, work outdoors in all weather, and adapt to a 24/7 schedule, including weekends and holidays. Training and career advancement opportunities are provided.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds (23 kg) on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Mentor and coach agents and leads and conduct on-the-job training.
• Direct inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate; transport, load and unload baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with supplies; operate ground support equipment.
• Assist with creating and managing staffing schedules to cover flights; be flexible for operational needs.
