Job summary

Alliance Ground International is hiring Ramp Supervisors to lead flights and oversee ground handling operations. You will supervise teams, guide aircraft to gates, and ensure secure handling of baggage and cargo, while maintaining safety and efficiency.

The role requires being on time, flexible scheduling including weekends/holidays, and performing physical duties as needed across 24/7 operations. Wages range from $19.00 to $24.00 per hour, with opportunities for training and career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Supervise agents and leads on each shift to ensure all proper procedures are followed in a safe, efficient manner.
• Mentor and coach agents and leads and conduct on-the-job training.
• Guide inbound/outbound airplanes to and from the gate.
• Transport, load and unload passenger baggage, cargo, and mail.
• Clean aircraft passenger cabins between flights and stock aircraft with needed supplies.
• Operate heavy equipment to move luggage and cargo, tow planes between gates, and refill water tanks and lavatories.
• Be on time, be prepared, and be safe.
• Assist with creating and managing the staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage for each flight.
• Be flexible and willing to perform any other tasks or responsibilities as required by the company to meet operational needs.

• Ability to lift 50 pounds (23 kg) on a regular basis.
• Carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
• Climb, bend, kneel, crawl and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods.
• Work outside in all types of weather, around jet and machinery noises.

Schedule: Alliance Ground International operates twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. AGI requires its employees to be able to work flexible schedules which may be adjusted to meet operational demands such as flight delays or cancellations. Applicants must be able to work on weekends, (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and holidays. Strict adherence to company attendance policies is expected and enforced.
