The role involves operating forestry equipment, pruning, line clearance, and manual vegetation removal, with a strong safety culture and potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Able to work 45 hours weekly in outdoor conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willing to obtain CDL A or B and licenses/certifications as paid by Lucas Tree Experts.
• Physically able to perform duties (lift 75 lbs) and work at varying heights.
• Willing and able to learn safe operation of bucket trucks and equipment.
• Must complete post-offer physical, drug screen, background, and motor vehicle checks.
• No prior tree industry experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Manual removal of vegetation from work areas.
• Operate various forestry equipment.
• Perform line clearance, pruning, and removals.
• Work outdoors year-round as part of the ground operations team.
